Custom Exhaust - East GTA?

Hey guys,

Any recommendations on a shop to fabricate a custom 3" exhaust on my m30 E30? Looking for reasonable price and great quality work.

Whatever you do, make sure it comes apart in 1/2. It's a serious PITA to have a single piece exhaust. And get stainless... with stainless welds, get them to tuck it high, and flatten the pipe where the stock exhaust is flattened, or you'll be rubbing everywhere.

I hate exhaust work, mainly because it costs so much to have it done right, and not end up a beggar.

Thanks for the tips. I do plan on having 2 pieces. Do you have any links to pictures of a completed exhaust with the flattened portions? Does the flattened portion affect flow?

Anyone know a good shop in eastern Scarborough or even better, Pickering/Whitby?

Noyz Boyz did my mandrel setup for cheap. And it's pretty much artwork under there.

Flattens where it crosses under the rear subframe. Flattening the pipe/s shouldn't do anything, it's the same circumference just more oblong.

If the guys say Noyz Boyz is good, give them a try.

Go to a do-it-your-self shop and try doing it yourself, You will be surprised at how easy it is, after you get a hang of it. Its just like anything in life, once u learn the trick, its pretty much smooth sailing from there. Just remember to practice the welding on some spare pipes, before u do the real thing.

LOL, welding properly with stainless steel take countless hours to learn how to do PROPERLY. Anyone can try to weld two pieces of metal, but for it not to fall apart or leak in a mounth or two of use takes a bit of skill.

Hearing it is also amazing! One of the sickest sounding E36's I've ever heard!
