brembo pads/rotors

im looking for a company in Canada or Toronto that sells brembo rotors and pbr deluxe performance pads.
i used to have this setup on my 3 series and i liked it very much. the shop where i purchased that stuff from is now gone.

anyone have a place where i can order these??

and if anyone knows somone with a used dinan cai for 540i lol.

autopartsway.ca should have the pads for sure, maybe the rotors as well (they seem to be about 50/50 on whether they have brembos or not).

I have done some looking around and find in general - they are certainly not exactly affordable.. (Grin) I have an e30 and I priced a set of rears for over 100 a side and these are a brembo subsidiary..so even though made by them not really stamped by them..

Yeah, I looked for brembo rotors when I did the rear brakes on my E30 - ended up with Balo after reading good reviews of them.

Balo, is it a spin off from a name brand? Are they slotted and cross drilled zinc plated as the brembos -how much were they if you don't mind me asking...?

From what I understand, Balo is an OEM supplier for various car manufacturers (BMW, Merc, etc).

I just got the plain standard rotors. About $30 per side.

I dont really mind how much they are. its just finding the damn things its so hard.

I just ordered a rear Bilstein shock from Tirerack. It seems that there's NO brokerage fee for orders < $100! Tirerack appears to have an arrangement with UPS where you pay all fees including GST upfront so that there are no costs COD. Even for orders > $100, it seems that they charge a greatly reduced brokerage fee.

They carry Brembo rotors but not PBR (they carry Hawk). On another note, I just went from PBR Metal Masters to Axxis Ultimates. Both are made by PBR, but the Ultimates seem to produce a lot more dust than the Metal Masters. Now I miss those Metal Masters
