Can I add BMW Assist and Bluetooth

I have a 2004 330Ci ZHP with no hint of voice capability. The voice button does nothing when pressed or held (same for R/T) and there are no buttons on my mirror.

I'm looking at picking up the latest TCU module, since it's cheaper than a ULF and still gives me Voice command and bluetooth functionality. No Nav voice command, but that's not an issue since i don't have nav.

The part number for the TCU is: 84109195455

I haven't ripped apart the left carpeting in the trunk yet to see if I have a tcu in there, but I know that I don't have a microphone so I probably don't have a tcu.

According to my research I'll need:

TCU - 84109195455
New BMW microphone - Ill find the PNs later.
BMW Bluetooth antenna - for behind the ashtray
Painted Sharkfin Antenna
TCU Mounting braket
Dealer programming (maybe) for voice command

I think that having assist would be handy and cool, so I'd like to put it in.

Unfortunatelly there is absolutely no information about this so here's my question.

Does anyone know what additional stuff I need to have BMW assist?

What about a GPS module? Is there wiring for a BMW assist mirror already there? What about adding this button like in the 5 series?

from what I've read on other forums, you have to remove the assist to install the bluetooth as a retrofit.... I believe they use the same connector. do a google search; that;s how I found it....
