phone plans

I think I'm getting anal raped by Rogers every couple of months:

I need my phone to survive, as I use it to talk to clients, I received calls from across the globe, I don't use it for internet, only phone calls and SMS's and I avg about 1500-2500mins a month, with most of it from over-seas.

Rogers had set me up with the long distance bundle as such, I get about 2000mins over seas, 500mins from Canada/US, and typical unlimited local evenings and crap, caller ID and other jibberish, it should be around $120/month all incld, but every other month I'd get bill up to $300, I called and asked them for a better plan, they keep telling me that's all they can do.

are there companies out there offer better deals? I don't want super duper cheap, I just want it to stay under $130-140 a month and I can call my clients, no insane charges.

call *611 from your phone... when the computer voice comes on say: Cancel my service...

This will redirect you to Retentions automatically and tell them (and only them) what's up and how you feel and they will hook you up. They are the only ones that have the power to offer you crazy deals at any time.

I can hook you up with a service called rapidcell, for 12.95 starting price you get unlimited outgoing calling, and there's a small extra fee for unlimited International calling... All you have to do is switch to the Rogers Epp $17.50 plan and choose my5 and unlimited incoming calling, and it uses your unlimited incoming and their switch to make unlimited outgoing calls! It's pretty amazing technology, and even better if you use a blackberry! Your monthly bills will drop to around $20-45 a month + rapidcell charge and you can call anywhere in the world unlimited! Let me know if you're interested!

^^ If you're traveling with your phone you're going to incur roaming charges no matter what, and that's what costs a lot.
