Rear Sway Link Install

How does everyone else install the rear sway links? I pressed one on with a clamp, but I'm having trouble with the other. I'm thinking I should just take the entire sway bar off the car and use a bench vise at this point...

Just lube them up with some dish detergent and water, and push them on by hand.

Have you done this before? I can do CABs fine, but I'm struggling with the rear sway links.
