History has shown that they like to go after the suppliers and not the demanders. Except for the case with the Verizon person they fall in the middle. Anyway, what I don't understand is why they're asking for such a large amount of money. I don're remimber them going after Napster, Scour Exchange, Aimster, eDonkey, Audio Galaxy, Freenet, nor Kazza and it's friends for such an amount and those companies atleast have $1-2 mil. I think I read somewhere that the files were being hosted from school. Now if that's true, I have one question how in the hell couldn't the school have known about this. Unless they're running say an OC2+ they''ve should've notice an extreme drop in available bandwidth. Shit my school needs to get some of that, damn T3 ain't worth a shit. I've seen 56k move faster than crap. What about their schooling, hope they don't get espelled? $120,000/song is not a resonable number. Half the crap being put out today isn't worth buying nor is any of these damn P-13 movies they keep throwing at us. Critics want to say Ghost ship was to scary, those little punkies don't know a good movie when they see. They're the reason why PG-13s are taking over in addition to the producers and significant others knowing they'll get more money from a pG-13 movie than from a R one. Truthfully speaking 13-21yr. old will go see crap faster than an 25+yr. old person would.
