Windsor local parts swap thread
I think it is a good idea to start a thread for us Windsorites to buy and sell parts. Although Max has a section for Buy/Sell, it is much more convieniant to make trades at our meets instead of dealing with the whole shipping issue. If you are looking for parts for your Bimmer or if you have any for sale, post here. I will list a few rules and suggestions as we proceed:
#1 You must abide by the same rules in the classified section:
http://www.maxbimmer.com/forums/announcement.php?f=9
#2 NO LOWBALLING. As a rule of thumb, selling used parts should be approximately 1/2 of retail. Different factors will vary the cost such as supply/demand and if the part has to be removed from the parts car. Do not make a $20 offer on an item that the seller is asking $300 for.
#3 If you don't find it here locally, proceed to Max's general automotive "for sale" section : http://www.maxbimmer.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=92

I can give you the whole rear end for a 318 - $75 as long as you don't need the diff. My diff gears are shot. Make sure it is your CV and not your diff.

I have an entire stock suspension setup for a '96 328is. Shocks, Struts, Sway Bars, Shock mounts, etc.
I have 4 stock Brake calipers for a '96 328is.
Anybody have clear corners for an e36 coupe?
