That's great, but again in this shithole I can get 10/10Mbps at home for $30 a month.
Another ISP offers 12/1Mbps + TV(50 channels) + home phone + free access to their WiFi hotspots(all gas station, malls) for $36.

I just bought a sim to use in ukraine, it was 90 UAH (roughly 11$) for 1gig transfer. On prepaid. That i can use anytime in the next 6 months. Also, incoming calls, even on prepaid, are ALWAYS free.

Incoming calls are free here as well, but that's because calling on a cellphone from a stationary phone is more expensive, so the cost is passed to the caller.
