I just bought a sim to use in ukraine, it was 90 UAH (roughly 11$) for 1gig transfer. On prepaid. That i can use anytime in the next 6 months. Also, incoming calls, even on prepaid, are ALWAYS free.

Go vlad, you've found a way in which eastern europe is better than north america!

Incoming calls are free here as well, but that's because calling on a cellphone from a stationary phone is more expensive, so the cost is passed to the caller.

I guess you have to make up for the lifestyle some how compared to Canada. I also never said that cellphones/internet was cheap here. I said Rogers is the fastes in Ontario. I'm not really interested in what other people get elsewhere, although I'm quite aware there are far better offerings. Just look at what they get in the US!
