Question Best place in Ontario to buy Window Regulators?

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know of a great place to buy window regulators for the E46 in Ontario? I need to replace the front-right regulator, and I want to have it done before the long weekend (which is why I would like to buy local). Should I just go to the dealership? Any idea how much one of these costs?

They aren't hard to replace; I just watched my bmw tech buddy do it on a 4 door the other day. Maybe 15-30 min if you know what you're doing. I have no idea what it costs.
You'll have to check the dealership. if you do used you may run into that problem again sorry then later.

I think I've had 18 bmw's in 6 years.

Thanks Ceeker,

I'm really busy so I won't be doing the replacement/labour myself, and I would like to have it fixed before the long weekend.

My friend has a really good (and fair) machanic who I am going to have do the work along with some other things. All that I really need is the part. I could always go to the dealer, but if their prices are really high then I woud prefer to go with another Canadian supplier.

Isn't there a ziptie solution to this on e46f?

Maybe this link can be helpful:

Someone with minimal knowledge of the car was able to do this. So you don't have to be a grease monkey. Just need patience.

Take my advice order it online!!!

My first regulator that failed I was in a rush and just bought it from the dealer $220 + tx == $250.

My second regulator that just failed, I ordered online Monday evening and received it the following Thursday afternoon. Regulator ($60 usd) + Carbon cabin filter ($27 usd) + shipping + brokerage $24usd == $111 usd === $125 CAD (visa exchange rate)

So I saved $125 bucks and I got a cabin filter, it doesn't come with the BMW sticker but they look identical to the OEM part.

If you order it before monday 2pm you should have it by wed or thur.
