Take over my e90 325Xi lease.

BMW 2006 325Xi.
Black Sapphire on black.
Aluminum Trim
Auto tranny
Premium package
Ipod full integration kit

OK, so here is the deal.
The lease is up Jan 10, 2010.
Payments with tax I believe are $735 a month. So you are looking at 5 payment left. So about $3500 left.
Im willing to give anyone who takes over the lease $1500 cash. I still have to figure if there are any fees from BMW to transfer the lease, which Im sure there are.

Car has about 39500KM on it, and the lease allows for up to 52000KM.

Please pass on this info to anyone you might think is interested.

Thanks.

Just so you know, even if you transfer the lease, you're still responsible under BMW's eyes. So, if they miss a payment, etc. BMW will come knocking on your door, not theirs.

If you're willing to pay $1,500 therefore netting you $2,000 in lease payments saved, you might as well just keep the car for the 5 months? It's a lot less trouble probably.

Lease transfer will cost $1100 plus tax.
Unfortunately this will have to come out of the $1500 cash incentive I was offering.

So mostly likely, I will just keep it, but open to the idea still.
Please PM me if anyone is interested.

Untrue. Where do you get your facts on this one? After a transfer (I've done two this year), you are sent an updated security registration (by BMW) under the PPSA discharging you as the debtor.
