I got a new IR from Lowes a few months back, dont remember the model but it was rated at about 525ft torque...I was very dissapointed, had NO power at all!!! Had to test it a 2 shops, just to make sure i'm not crazy...but no, it was maybe a defective unit, so i went to exchage it for the model higher up, but the only one they had in stock looked like it was opened, and used...so i lost all trust in the brand...So i picked up a Kobalt (was sceptical at first) and its been working great since...
