2009 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix pics

Went down to the PVGP on the weekend to se some awesome cars and some racing. There were car corals for Italian cars,Porsche,Benz,VW,Subaru,NA Muscle,British and Audi.BMW was the feature Marque this year and we got to do a parade lap on the track which went through Schenley park in Downtown Pittsburgh. There were 3 CSL racers including Marcus Glarner's #2 Alpina CSL. Sorry Randy I missed your event . Anyways the event was over the top and if you ever get a chance to go please do so. Its a great 10 day event with the Concours and the Vintage racing being held on the last weekend. There were 202 BMW's at the event not counting the ones in the pits. Enjoy the pics from a thread on Cheers. Ted

That's awesome, Rudy was telling me about it prior, but I couldn't change my plans. Next year we should create a convoy and all head down together.
Cool Pics.

Wow, absolutely amazing.

Makes me wonder, is there a significant contingent of vintage BMW's in Canada? Where do they all hang out (off- and on-line)?
