I get mine from Minigrid (across the street from bmw autohaus) and the models stores at pacific mall

nope it's not damaged, my white white made by ANSON, your's probably by KYOSHO.
Anson is cheaper and less detailed. So they a did a bad job on stickers and it's not aligned properly.

I get all my models on ebay
