this looks like the e36 obc only with more features
what would you have to do to make this work in a 99 e36?

It will fit on 99 e36, you can read a diy instructions online on how to install it(splice a couple wires) You can contact 98Dinan3 he has done many for people on this forum for a fee.

you have to run some wiring, install the turn stalk, do a little more wiring...takes a couple hours, and costs around $125 installed.
