need good wheel refinisher

I'm looking for a very good wheel refinisher to bring back some BBS wheels. I'm not talking about the guy that comes and paints your wheels out of a trailer and gets overspray all over your car. I'm looking for someone who can repair nicks in an aluminum lip and polish it to a mirror finish.

I bought a set of refinished LTWs a while back from Hi Octane. He said they were done by the people who do all the wheels for BMW in Waterloo. I would like to get in touch with them if anyone has the info.
