Goin Digital

Guys,

Following R.S.C's foot steps im converting my analog climate control to digital.

Will post before and after pics

thanx so far to R.S.C. for the input, Tom (Euroguy) for the parts and RMP Motors for helping me get this ready.

I should have pics and status updates by next week.. we are aiming to do it next weekend or beginning of the week.

gonna start next week.
hoping to also rewire the lighting so my switch actually does something (1993)

its actually not as bad as it looks, no cutting is required..everything is plug and play as long as you have the required peices. Most of the work is taking off the dash and console. once those are off and exposed all you have to do is remove the 4 heater core casing screws and unplug it.

I did this in 4 hours with a help of a friend.

If anyone wants to tackle this and has any questions I have no problem helping.

the only other big thing to remember is that if you have A/C that is working you will need to empty the Freion as it will all come out once you disconnect the A/C evaporator lines. my A/C now works cause I needed an evaporator and that got changed with this upgrade.

will take pictures of the finished work soon.
