Microsoft Outlook Express issue

Any computer techs here ?
I just reformatted my computer.
I have an Outlook Express 6 issue.
I have a double identity Login window, basically when I open the login window,
if I cancel/close the window, it stays on, until I close it again.

Is this a registry issue ? Any help or fixes for this ?

Use Thunderbird. Fixed.

I switched a few months ago. Much better than Outlook express.
