After a long winter, and a spring clean up of the shop we came up with an offer exclusively to maXmembers with 328 E36. There is also a 3.23LSD that can be included in the swap, so that way you have the complete drivetrain conversion. Here is your options:

325 5 speed - S50 $3300 incl 3.23LSD installed
325 5 speed - S52 OBD1 $3300 installed
325 5 speed - S52 OBD1 incl 3.23LSD $3600 installed
328 5 speed - S52 $3000 installed
