has anyone tried to replace this gasket? (S38)

I ordered a valve cover gasket set the other day and once i got the cover off i noticed right by the fire wall is another gasket.

Its just one of those paper gasket's but i dont think it'll come out unless the motor is dropped , has anyone tried to replace this gasket? or know how to do so. there is barely enough space to get your fingers in there let alone trying to get a wrench on it.
