I'll most likely be taking it to european autobody. While it's there I may aswell get a new color and some dents removed.

I love how the Toyota logo is right in the rear moulding lol.
Wow, I didn't even see that.... haha, wow. She must have been going pretty fast.

I got hit at about 20km/h rear ended on my first e36, and the damage looked 1/4 as bad if anyone remembers. You could barely see it in pics. I believe him when he says it was a 60...

Hey you may have saved this girl's life considering she would have gone through a red.

Anyone with experience know how it works with claiming injury money???

I don't have any personally, but one of my close friends was involved in a multi-car pile up because some hick slammed into 3 cars at around 60-70km/hr. He did suffer some pain/injuries, and claimed thousands through insurance. I believe he had to go get evaluated by a physical therapist, maybe even a doctor, and then prove that his situation prevented him - say - working a laborious job, etc, etc. And then you get compensated for the amount of money you may potentially miss out on making due to the injury(ies).

I'd just consult one of those accident-claims injury lawyers.

I work at a physiotherapy clinic and we get alot of people who have been in car accidents. The normal process is to see a doctor ASAP. Either your family doctor or one through your lawyer if your using one. Once that doctor takes a look at you, they will recommend the best course of action which is usually physio to rehab and possibly massage therapy to work out the tissue damage. Normally its a pretty messy process, but thats the way it has to be. I know a physio in my clinic can do functional assessments to determine the extent of the injury as well to show the judge how bad you may have been messed up. I say talk to your lawyer/insurance first and see what they say the best course is. If you go off doing all kinds of rediculous stuff on your own without any of them knowing nothing will get done.

Just checked out the car today. It's sitting at Stoney Creek Collision.

Someone has hit it with something more and i never noticed but the side got buckled from the hit. Looking like a write off:

well, one way this could work out in your favour. You wanted to sell it, Now you can collect off insurance, and part the car out. Make more then you would have if you had just sold it!

Goodluck on it.

Yeah, I was just posting it for doogee's information and anyone else who may not understand the process. It's a really shitty thing to have to go through, especially after and accident.

Yeah, I guess it does work out to your favour much like spoony_prelude stated. Now you can get that M3 you wanted and not have to go through the BS of selling your current car. If it is a write-off and your going to part it out I call dibs on most of your stuff if it will fit on my 4 door! hahaha (seriously though, I'd be interested in a bunch of the stuff you have in that car)

if the repair is more than what the car is worth.
the adjuster might write it off.

You have the choice to the body shop you prefer. European Autobody will definetly charge more to fix that than the car is worth. All you have to do is go there and get a written quote.
