I need a new deck

I need a new deck for my 318is and my 8 year old panasonic isn't going to cut it. I've got a "check list" of things I need:

1.) CD/mp3 disc

2.) Satelite built in, not "ready". (or "ready", if my choices are very limited)

3.) Sub out

4.) Ipod input

5.) digital radio (tells you the station name, whose playing, weather, etc)

6.) preferably orange/red buttons/display or able to change display colours.

So far I've come up with a Kenwood EZ700sr. Don't think I really want a kenwood though. More used to having Blaupunkt and Panasonic. Let me know what you think.
