Problem removing ECU cover!

hey guys so I tried to take off the ECU cover today with my body shop guy as I have to send my ECU back to AA to have it retuned... Anyways we got one of the bolts to come out but the other 2 are seized and we cant get them out (I know theres suppose to be 4 but one is lost somewhere lol)

This doesnt make sense to me its just a 5mm allen wrench it should simply unscrew but it seems there seized... So we tried to drill a whole in the middle of the bolt to try to heat it up and maybe it would unscrew so we turned it and it looked like it started to unscrew but it didnt, It just kept rotating inside

I called my mechanic and he said hes never seen this problem before but I think the last time they screwed them in they screwed it to tight or something ( las time the cover was off was about a month ago when I originally sent my ECU to AA)

Any suggestions?

haha i did man and one of the tabs snapped... so I stopped and made a post because ive broke lots of things before from excessive force...

hmm, mine were pretty tight but once cracked loose they were easy to get out. i dont even think i took them out all the way they were in the top half still.
