So I'm leaving my office in Manhattan tonight and see that they're filming The Sorcerer's Apprentice - meh. Their camera truck was hot though.

I saw some compact car driving around on Tuesday in Streetsville with the signs Google on it's doors and a roof mounted tripod and camera. Looks like they're mapping the streets for some service.

Not sure how many exist, but I have been on shoots with one in Toronto.

I saw one too!! Monday or Tuesday, heading north on Birchmount near the 401. Tall camera on those things, I thought they would use a bigger vehicle?

Google street view camera cars! Look it up its pretty cool. They have already done alot of US cities.
