I am friends with a few VW/Audi guys... Besides the fact that it is practically a cult (ever been to Waterfest in the US? I have...), I just don't get why they do some of the mods...

Stretched tires and wide ass rims... WHY????
UPS Brown paint... WHY????
Sanding and rusting out the hood... WHY????
Putting on Lambo/Bentley/MB rims... WHY????

I am not a fan. My rear rim (10") has a 255 tire on it that has some stretch.
I am not a fan of it at all.
