its not even a debate whos cars are in better shape overall. California simply has better weather all around. an average guy who doesnt abuse his car will have a better looking car in 10 years than the same guy in canada.
^^this opinion is impossible to dispute. I'd also add that their smog laws are much stricter than ours, so its likely that emissions related components are in better working order if the car has recently been carb'ed.
