those units are Facking heavy tho, those trailers are usually used for loading excavators front end loaders bull dozers and shit, thats considered an oversize load which will be followed by a parade of trucks with flashing lights and usually a cop or two and doing like 60 on the highways...there is all kinds of special pre-cautions taken with huge shit like that

It is too low in the rear. Most of the time the driver forgets to turn on the rear air bag system, that's if the trailer comes with one.

It WAS scraping. It made contact with Erin Mills Parkway at least 4 times (I could see it and hear it) between Burnhamthrope and 403 (where this picture was taken) and that's just over a distance of +/- 500m.

I'm pretty sure the speed bump would get the raw end of the deal in that battle.

Don't these types of trailers use a hydraulic system opposed to the typical bag setup? Seems unpractical with such a heavy load to use bags.

Depends on the trailer manufacturer. This trailer looks pretty old, it might have weak and worn out springs.

Air bags don't get weak or worn out. They just leak or blow out. The leveling valve is what sets the height.
JimE, most of those drop-deck trailers like that are air bags, nobody really uses hydraulic suspension anymore, that was back in the day when air suspension wasn't around.
