theres been some talk of the valving not matching the spring rates, i initially was going to go for these and ended up getting H&Rs, wish i went with KW's
If you decide to go with D2s, I can get you them for just under $1000, there would need to be 5 ppl or so interested

I used to have them on my 240sx and loved them. I knew they made them for e30's but I haven't seen anyone running them.
If your able to get kw's for 1000 id go with those. Where'd you find them

$1000? thats a hell of a deal, variant 1, 2? new?
they're especially hard to find for the e30, i'm sure they've discontinued them at least in north america

post up a link
K-Sport is essentially the same as D2, it's they're north american counterpart.
they also offer a wider variety of spring rates
I also have a hook up for K-Sports, much less then the 1000USD, shipping and duties

I wouldn't mind seeing how they mount in the front.

Same question was asked recently on another forum.

D2's have a terrible reputation for poor quality and poor spring/damping combo. Dampers are also prone to leaking, and have poor rebound.

But I have no personal experience.

on the kw's I agree with Sam, I would like to see how they mount in the front, those 2 bolt tabs don't seem right for an E30, unless they just post the same pic for all there coil overs.
