my car clock suddenly stopped... wtf is wrong with this??

hi guys

I lost my wallet key and I got a new one from the dealership.

I tested with that key and my clock suddenly stopped at the time that I inserted the new wallet key.

I had to take the battery out in order to reset electronics. After that everything works good!

Now my clock stopped again. wtf is wrong with my car??

There must be something is wrong...

what could it be?? BTW is there any other ways to reset electronics without taking the battery out for few minutes?

Regarding the reset, I think that's your only option. About the clock, maybe it's just some sort of any theft thing? Maybe you have to input a code? I know that's the case with 04+ acura TL's, but maybe I'm jumping it a little.
