can someone fix this pic?

can it be done? can anyone fix this pic. i cant seem to.

its really fuzzy. the rest of the pics turned out okay....the front angle's of the Fire rig are decent. i kept away from the headlight beams to avoid noise. this happens to be the only rear angle that was slightly decent. there are all around the building, i could not get away from them.

if anyone can fix this for me, that would be great. i dont have the software to possibly do it myself, or i would try. i left the pic in its original size.

you want a camera phone picture to look good? borrow camera+tripod, Call 911, report a fire and take another pic.

You can't fix a pic that is out of focus.

I can fix the noise by using adobe lightroom2 and Photoshop CS3.

It takes me around 30 minutes (multiple noise reduction, multiple unsharp masks)

btw take another picture next time.. it's simply not worth try lol
