Secondary Throtle Housing

As you can see in the attached image, #6 has a valve inside thats regulated by #16. The cable that connects the two can be adjusted for the tightness by turning it at the arrow.

I am curious to know how tight is the cable suppose to be?

Mine is a 98'.

If you have 2001 you have an electronic for sure.
