looking to install angel eyes..

hello, i need a quote on installing my angel eyes that will be comming in soon anytime!! =D its the 30 led ones.

i have a 325i sedan. 03. the lens supposingly just clips off.

also how much will everything cost if i need you to program a few things, after the install.

such as disable DRL, i dunt have factory alarm, i need you guys to program my car so when i lock/unlock my signals blink, also have the red light under the mirror flash.
