Tim Hortons, man... it's the best place.

Back when I was in school, my buddy somehow (I still don't really know how) got a master key to the social science building on campus... so we started using it as a quiet spot. We found one room on the 2nd floor that always seemed good, got a few of us in there and would just study without distraction (most of the time) until 4-5 in the morning.

My other option was always a Tim Hortons. I had one or two near me that got very little traffic, or was mostly students anyways, so you go grab a coffee, pick a table and just chill for a few hours.

I know what you mean about distractions though... I could never get anything done at home.

same here, can't get ANY work done at home, especially after the 62" hdtv and pc-home theatre and the 640gb of free movies
