wheels now or next year?

i just moved in in the new house and the place is a freaking mess there is freaking mud everywhere. and they're saying that it will be like this for the next 5 to 6 months until everything settles down. and then they will put the gras and pave tha garage and the drive way and so on.

i wanted to buy the wheels in less then a month away from now. i already put the deposit down cuz i found a great deal on them. but now i'm having second thoughts about it. becauze they will get just messed up from all the mud. and there is no way to keep the car clean. there is so much mud under the car that i couldn't even wash it off

so what do u guys say ?

wheels now and drive thru the mud or

wait another year (till next spring) and just lower it now and some other exterior mods?

here is a picture of the street
