Toronto Sun

man the revenues for this paper must be terrible, the last few months the paper is half the size (pages) compared to December. My friend just got her layoff notice from Globe and Mail and she mentioned the other papers are just as bad.Her department is down to a skeleton crew of 6,last year they had 17 workers in her department. In fact by the look at all the papers in the GTA the amount of companies buying space is down.

Everyone is getting the news via the Internet which makes the paper redundant other than for masking painting surfaces and fish 'n chips.

the sun is getting pretty bad.
with the internet i get all the news and info faster. pretty useless.

and i noticed today they took away the quiz.
guys at work would do it on lunch time.
and the sunshine girls are horrible. maybe once every ten you get a hot one.

You can blame the economy partially for the shrinking print industry. Fact is, the Internet is the preferred medium for a growing number of Canadians to get their news, and its just a matter of time til newspapers become a thing of the past, like black and white televisions.

The Sun is a terrible paper. It's all shootings and deformed baby births. Nothing interesting to read, it's all negative "action news" type bullshit.

Their comics aren't even funny...
