NGK Spark Plug:

G-Power Platinum
Iridium IX
Laser Platinum/Iridium

Does any of these above overheat? Let me know which brand I should go with and what are the difference between these three? All three are made by NGK.

How many miles on the car?

Vanos seals dont last very long at all.
Apparantly new seals will restore a LOT of lost power/acceleration.
