I used to be with Teksavvy, had two DSL accounts to get some decent speed, decided that paying $80+ a month for approx 8Mbit is too much when Rogers offers 10Mit for $55... So I switched back to Rogers as I've always used them in the past.
I also pay for a newsgroup provider, as I like having a longer retention (my provider is 125 days)...
For me, being able to max out my connection all the time without worrying about ratios, seeders/peers, etc, etc is worth the $15 a month.
