Stupid headlight!!!!

Well turns out my damn eBay projector just went dead on me, i cant figure out what the hell is wrong with it. So the driver side light assembly works fine, but the passenger side, i don't get it. The angel eyes work fine, the daytime lights work to, but the nighttime lights just don't seem to work. I switched the bulbs but same problem, Bulbs were not the issue. I checked all the connections and they all look fine. The system takes H1 bulbs. Anybody have any idea what the hell is wrong with it? or what i can do to fix it?

Thanks In Advance.

the headlights have nothing to do with the light turning on or off, the headlight is just the housing. as mentioned check the fuse
