Background Distortion at Low Volume Levels

Hello Guys,

I have a clarion vrx925vd (older deck), and 2 rockford amps.

All of a sudden I can hear background distortion at low volume levels. It is not present in between CD tracks or silent parts (also hear the noise when playing radio, aux, etc.) - it's only there with music/vocals. It doesn't increase with volume - I only hear it at low levels. It sounds 'fuzzy' like radio static. I already changed my components as a shop told me that was the problem but it persisted.

Can anyone tell me if this is a common type of problem? Should I bring it to a shop? I tried seaching on this issue but could not find an exact match to this problem.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
