trade is done, however only issue i have with the 530i is that it has a cracked windshield, which i plan to replace after winter. He also ended up buy me a set of 18" blizzak lm25's, which ended up being around $1450 for just the tires. I have to say i really miss the handling of the 330ci, 530i seems very sloppy if that makes sense. Also notice not very responsive like the 330. also the interior on the 530 looks so old school compared to the 530i, feels like im driving m old e36. However the comfort seats are just amazing, i miss my e46 m3 seats, but the comfort seats really helps my back issues. The back space is also a bonus, and one of the main reasons i bought it, my 16month old son has so much more room and so much easier for me to get him in his chair.
Another thing that i need to change right away is the lowering springs, the car currently has eibach's and its way too raked, i hate the raked look, need to swap to a h&r race...
other then that, i'm starting to really enjoy the comfort of the 530i, very different the the 3 series.

they are definitely nice cars. I like them both. And damn Alberta eh, everyone has cracked windshields!

I was able to do some small cheap mods today while my wife and son were napping
I painted the front grills satin black, debadged, got rid of the ugly yellow yokes, and also put in some led license plate lights. Hoping to paint the side silver trims satin black tonight.
some pics
front grills painted with no egg yolk signals
rears, debadged with no egg yolk signals
winter 18" m5 reps with some blizzaks
