Anyone willing to part with their E30 hard top? PM me if you know anyone, or are selling one yourself. Thanks!

You don't take the soft top off. You just fold it like you would in the summer time. The hardtop sits on top of the cover and it bolts in....very fast and easy!

yup, I was very surprised how light it is, and how easily it went on. the two paddles that lock it in on the front are the same on the hardtop, and the thing just takes a half turn of an 11mm wrench to lock it in on the back. The rear defroster automatically hooks up on the connection of the driver's side rear bolt. It's literally a one minute job... although I don't care too much for the fact that the soft top will be folded up for the next four months. On the other hand, it's on my dads car, so he can worry about that.

Here it is in the garage... it looks pretty good. Shitty picture now that I see it enlarged, but whatever... and yes, I know the antenna is f**ked, but I have a brand new one that I'll put on in the spring.

^^^ I can't tell you Too many E30's lying around the place! Let me know about that steering wheel to fix your horn, Sam.

That top is in pretty good shape for a potentially 20+ year old piece. Just got to take care of the rear window seal... it likes to pop out when you shut the door. A little silicone should do the trick.
