It shouldn't take you long at all..
Take out the clip holding the clutch pedal line at the firewall in the engine bay.. (down by the fuse box) This line is what feeds the slave cylinder (treks has a slave cylinder as well).. you will need to take the hard line out after you take the clip off!
Inside the car.. undo the 4 main bolts (13mm) against the firewall and the one bolt underneath facing upwards to release the brake/clutch pedal assembly...
Then back in the engine bay you can then take the line from the master cylinder that runs into the master of the clutch pedal.. (you can use your existing master cylinder as the nipple is there)...
Ask treks if he still has his tranny mount and driveshafts as you will need those as well...
Crawl under the car and grab the rear shifter bushing that is directly behind the hole where the shifter goes through the floor (I think he has the interior out so you may be able to get it easy enough from inside the car reaching down through the hole).. it's cylindrical in shape and should pry right out..
Then all you will need is a clutch/flywheel and trans with shifter
