Replaceing Engine Mounts any recommendation

Hey guys i went under today and found both my mount arm and mount broken i got the arm taught the mount was fine until i removed it came completed apart ..... so i was wondering what you guys recommend any good after markets better that o.e.m .. considering that one O.E.M is costing me 122 bucks plus tax

Im due for a change too. My oil leaked out of both of them. Gonna ride out the winter then change

Pinto, I believe your car is a 528 not sure of the year tho (it would help if all you guys would put the model and year in your signature).

Dado, I would't wait if I were you, in the 540 the coolant hoses are very short especially the upper one, if the left mount has seperated it will cause the engine to move around under hard acceleration this can result on excessive strain on the upper hose which can result in the hose seperating at the couplings or the upper plastic radiator neck snapping off. I had this happen to me within 8 hours after buying my car and after a night of G-Tech Pro 0-60 runs.

If the bolts aren't seized it takes under an hour to replace both mounts.

Ok so the order is placed for two engine mounts and 3 oil filters (just stocking up). Googled a discoult code for Autopartsway.ca and got a .2% discount lol. Anyways total was $231.

Dado, I hope the order was for the 540 mounts not the 528 ones... .

If they have them in stock and you place your order tonight they will ship tomorrow... you should get it on Tuesday but then again it's Christmas time which is the busy season the package may get delayed. If you're just finding out about the mounts and there are no associated issues then I would take the car off the stands and drive it until the engine mounts show up.

Just my 2 cents.

EDIT: I just checked (8:00pm)and the quantity says (1) available, it's usually the left mount that goes first as it gets pulled on, so if are going to replace only one right now I'd replace the left one. Since the price is $71.44 you will have to order something like an oil filter or something else to get the free shipping. Order the second one when they restock.

HAHAHA yea i got the 540 ones. The odd thing is, i chose the OEM Corteco ones. However the part number is the same for all manufacturers, thats odd. So i sent them an email saying to make sure they send me the oem ones. same goes for the oil filters. I hope they dont screw things up!

and Dado hope things work out removing the is not to hard at all i had the mounts and mount arm off in less then an hour inside my garage if it was not -14 with the W.S probably got them out faster good luck
