It's the Dodge Electric Vehicle. It's all electric and man you can't even hear the thing when it's on or moving. I also saw a Tesla roadster in Santa Monica. I think electric vehicles are really coming to the forefront and we'll be seeing more and more in the time to come.

I think the Tesla Roadster is also built on a lotus chassis. Must be a good chassis to use for electric vehivles or something.
