LOUD brake noise!

Hey guys...

I changed all four rotors/pads about a month ago. It started the same day I finished the install. When breaking they make the loudest FUCEKN noise possible, I mean it's embarssing.

- Everything was bought brand new
- Forgot to clean rotors with brake cleaner.

You think it can be from not cleaning the rotors before hand?

It could be that your pads are out of position, that usualy is the cause for alot of squeeling. Maybe you hit a bump or simply didnt put them in properly.

sliders is the only thing i can think of. or maybe you put one pad on backwards? or all?

How can you put on pads backwards....Hmm, it's not my first time chaging pads. I'm not trying to sound like an ass, but how?

I know that certain type of pads use a harder compound to provide better braking performance at the cost of noise and dust... it doesnt seem like your having much of a problem with the brakes other than the noise.

There is your answer. With no name you'll either get noise, excessive brake dust, or premature wear.

Learned my lesson with the Tie Rob Ends. Bought some no name barnd, for $20 a piece.

Drove on them for 2 months, and gone!
