Lightbulb Constant power when park lights are on E90

Ok fellas, I am working on a project with my angel eyes. (will be posted on MAX when it is done)
So What I am looking for is a wire that that receives 'constant power' ONLY when the parking lights are on.

The side marker doesn't work because of hazards and signals switching the power on and off...
The DRL is turned off

My Options are either:
1) Get power from my Guages
2) Power from my low beam tail lights.

I need a small amount of voltage to switch a relay when the parking lights are on.

Any info on how to access the wires listed in my options will be helpful or your ideas are welcome aswell.
