Need to pear down my items..future condo has all the items there I need for a workout so slowly but surely Im getting rid of my items.Owned it for two years...about 220lbs of resistance..all the stock items are included.$650 firm...can be taken apart so it can fit to any good size car.Bowflex does really offer a all around good workout.You will see results in about 40 days IF you work out properly and go on a healthy diet.There is no magically way to get fit,and it takes time.IMHO free weights shows better results quicker but bowflex offers more different workouts in a smaller foot print and its quiet.So those late nite reps wont wake up the whole house.

I maxed out the rods,it is a great system despite those "metal lifters" who sometimes think it is a gimmick..it works great if you follow the regime and do it properly and follow a healthy diet...funny people who hates never used it for a long term...you will see results in about 2 months if you follow a weekly workout plan..3-4 times a week is a good start.You will not get bulk though but you will get leaner and more tone...

^^yep, once it is taken apart i have put it in a small van, if your seats fold down you should have no issues
