E46 installation quesiton

Hey so i have an 02 325ci and I have a pair of front component speakers, a sub and a 5 channel amp, and I want to have it all installed with the factory deck, and have the amp power front and rear speakers and the sub... I have looked around and it seems like a pretty pricey install... does anyone know how to do this and could do it for cheaper or have any suggestions? Thanks!
