My PM system is turned off so if you don't mind, I'll post this in the open forum.
It's hard to get a job that's worth paying for, for cheap (impossible, I would say). If you are not judging quality, only price, in the end you will only be short-changing yourself. The thing is, quality is not expensive, it's priceless.
