Kind of... Anyone can go to the ministry and get a Used car package. It will show the current registrant first and last name and lisence plate number.
All you need is a VIN number though.
Alot of thieves spot cars they want to steal, take the VIn number, go to the ministry and get a used car package. With that, they can look up the address of the owner and steal the car... Kinda freaky if you ask me.

I ask because i think he KNOWS what kind of car he has, and i think he KNOWS that he can get more coin than he paid for it!

Id pay what its worth in todays market. I did want to buy that exact car 3 years ago when I saw it on a website, but it was presold to someone here then brought into Canada by Willz.ca !

So whats your price? I'm really curious to know, especially since you've kept a tab on this car for 3 years!
What do these cars fetch for in today's market, I don't follow them closely enough to know prices!

I dunno really, depends on the mileage and condition of it, 3 years later....
On the Used information package, it had 35,000 kms in 2005, and as of 2007 october, it shows 180,000 kms ?  Must be a typo....
Its worth as much as someone would pay for it I guess.

If it is a typo, that'll still **** things up if you register it with the correct mileage. I've been through this before with other cars that had a typo for mileage. Big hassle to get it corrected, if it can even be done. But 150k in 2 years is a bit much for a car i would imagine ISN'T driven in the winter!

i would say you would have to pay 60-80k for that car and maybe like 40 if it really does have 180k on it now

Rich people register collector items under buisnesses so the vehicle can be located anywhere. almost all ferrari enzo's are under buisnesses so the guy can buy a store in nebraska and put the enzo under that registration office. then have his enzo shipped to islamabad. So a Saudi Prince can do hard core ARAB DRIFTING~!!!
