6 Bike Cops & 10 Black Limos Going Up Leslie St.

was driving down Leslie St. earlier and spotted 2 bike cops just getting to the intersection at York Mills, guess they were planning on stopping the traffic, I continued heading south on Leslie, further down I spot flashing lights, more bike cops & right behind them were 10 black limos, these were slightly different, the roofs were higher & looked wider(almost like armored limos), all were travelling above the speed limit, also notice the Canadian flags on the limos(not sure if they were all Canadian flags though), just wondering who it could be?

Fallen Soldiers family going to the Westing Prince hotel. That's their base. They have some agreement with the hotel due to the location. The families and some military generals stay there.
